We are a select group of psychologists and other caring professionals dedicated to the psychosocial well-being of older adults, as well as their family caregivers.

Services We Offer

Our core service is psychological treatment for older adults (and family caregivers). We also offer an array of clinical support and training services for senior care facilities.

Our psychological treatment offerings include: client case assessment and consultation, individual psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, and behavioral management. We also offer a range of clinical support services, including quality control of the services we provide and in-service training workshops for facility staff.

Our facility consulting services include: dementia care training programs, customer service training programs, and management consulting initiatives. These consulting programs go beyond individual client services to focus on developing staff performance, organization effectiveness, and higher quality care throughout the facility.

Why We’re Different

The core philosophy that informs all our work is a person-centered approach.

Our treatment approach for clinical services is “patient-centered” – we consider our clients as whole people, who are much more than their presenting symptoms or clinical conditions.  

And our consulting approach for facility services is “worker-centered” – we partner with facility leaders and staff to provide quality clinical care for residents, as well as practical, readily useable, training and development for staff.
